How do I download my pattern?

Once your purchase is complete, you’ll receive an email with a download link. You can also access your files through your account on the website. Patterns are delivered as digital files and are available immediately after purchase.

I ordered the wrong size pattern. Can I receive a refund or exchange?

Due to the nature of digital products and instant downloads, refunds are not available. Please ensure you review the listing details carefully before purchasing. If you have any issues with your file, feel free to get in touch and I’ll be happy to help.

 

What format are the patterns in?

Patterns are provided as downloadable PDF files unless otherwise stated.

 

Are your patterns suitable for beginners?

Skill levels are clearly stated in each listing. Some patterns are beginner-friendly, while others are designed for more confident crocheters. In saying that, I am always here to offer advice if you want to give it a go.

 

What language are the patterns written in?

All patterns are written in English using standard crochet terminology (US terms).

 

Can I sell items made from your patterns?

You may sell finished items made from my patterns on a small scale. Please credit FORME as the designer. Mass production or selling the patterns themselves is not permitted.

 

Do you offer support if I get stuck?

Yes! If you have questions while working through a pattern, you’re welcome to contact me and I’ll do my best to assist.

 

Can I share or redistribute the pattern?

No. Patterns are for personal use only and may not be shared, copied, or redistributed in any form.

 

I can’t find my download — what should I do?

Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you’re still having trouble, contact me with your order number and I’ll help you locate your files.
