SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time

All physical orders are processed within 2–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Please note that processing times may be extended during busy periods or product launches.

Shipping Locations

I currently ship within Australia as well as the USA, Canada, UK, Europe and New Zealand. Shipping rates and delivery timeframes are calculated at checkout.

Delivery Timeframes

Domestic (within Australia)

  • Standard / Parcel Post: ~2–6 business days for most areas. 

  • Express Post: ~1–3 business days where available. 

  • Delivery times can vary depending on your location (metro vs regional) and service choice. 

International

  • Most standard international shipments take ~10–15 business days, depending on the destination and customs. 

  • Express international services generally deliver a bit faster, though times vary widely by country and service selected. 

Notes

  • These are estimates only — actual delivery can vary due to high demand, remote areas, postal system delays, or customs processing. 

  • We will provide tracking where available so you can check the progress of your order.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and weight. Ordering multiple items may increase the shipping cost. All shipping fees are non-refundable.​

 

Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. I am not responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Additional postage fees may apply if an order needs to be resent.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order appears delayed or lost, please contact your local postal service first using your tracking number. If you need further assistance, feel free to get in touch and I’ll do my best to help.

Digital Products

Digital products are delivered instantly via download and do not require shipping.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products and instant downloads, all digital purchases (including crochet patterns and PDFs) are non-refundable. Please review all product details carefully before purchasing. If you experience any issues accessing your files, I’m always happy to help.

Physical Products

I accept returns on physical items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • Items must be returned in good, resaleable condition

  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer

Once the item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued for the item cost only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos so I can assist you as quickly as possible. Claims made after this time will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact me with your order number and details. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
